Locality: Taouz area, Morocco
Measurements: c. 3.7 cm long trilobite (if outstretched) – c. 9.5 × 7 cm matrix
Weight: 339 g (protective box included)
A fine specimen of this rather rare, likely undescribed species, carefully prepared to reveal its delicate ornamentation. The matrix rock was cracked and glued before preparation, as is common with Moroccan trilobites. The specimen displays gorgeous natural colours and is completely natural. At the time of listing, this is probably the finest specimen of this species available online.
