Species: Carcharodontosaurus saharicus
Age: Cretaceous, Cenomanian
Locality: near Taouz, Morocco

Measurements: 7.8 cm long
Weight: 37 g

According to American palaeontologist Paul Sereno, Carcharodontosaurus was “Africa’s answer to Tyrannosaurus”.

We present here a wonderful tooth:
– large size
– great serrations
– wonderful colours that are even better in person
– glossy and smooth enamel with beautiful patterns

The tooth shows no apparent signs of restorations.
