Age: Devonian, “red couche”
Locality: Issimour, Morocco
Measurements: c. 7.8 cm long trilobite – c. 14.5 × 11 cm matrix
Weight: 876 g (protective box included)
A superb specimen of this rather rare species, carefully prepared to reveal its delicate ornamentation. The matrix rock was naturally cracked and was glued before preparation, as is common with Moroccan trilobites. The specimen displays gorgeous natural colours and is completely natural.
