Outstanding tooth of a theropod dinosaur – Carcharodontosaurus sp.

Locality: Taouz, Morocco

Measurements: 9.5 cm long (along mesial carina)
Weight: 44 g

This is a fine natural tooth of a Carcharodontosaurus theropod dinosaur.
The serrations are well preserved. Those along the distal carina are superb.
The root is partly preserved and shows traces of gluing.
This is a superb piece for collectors which has been hand selected.
